The practice strives at all times to ensure that all patients receive quality care and we welcome any suggestions or comments from you in order that we can continually improve the service.

 

When things don’t go to plan………..

We don’t get it right 100% of the time.  If you are not happy with the care you or a loved one receives at this practice please tell us so that we can do something about it.

 

You can speak to the person in charge of your care, e.g. the doctor, nurse, health care assistant, Dr Simon Rees, Clinical Lead or any other member of staff.
